Since February 2026, CCNP Collaboration has two concentration exams. Passing either one together with CLCOR earns the certification, and each also earns a specialist credential on its own.
Choose CLACC 300-815 if…
- You run or support large CUCM estates
- You work on multi-cluster dial plans, mobility and CAC
- You are heading for the CCIE and want call-control depth
Choose CLHCT 300-820 if…
- You own Expressway, MRA or B2B calling
- Your organisation is moving to Webex Calling
- You design or deliver hybrid and cloud migrations
If you're undecided, CLHCT tends to align with where the market is heading, but CCIE candidates benefit from the call-control depth of CLACC. Many engineers eventually take both.
