Courses and certifications
Are your courses updated for the 2026 CCNP Collaboration changes?
Yes. Our Cisco courses are mapped to CLCOR 350-801 v2.0, CLACC 300-815 v2.0 and CLHCT 300-820 v2.0, which became the current exams on 3 February 2026. CLICA 300-810 and CLAUTO 300-835 were retired on 2 February 2026, so we no longer sell courses for them.
Is there still a CCNA Collaboration certification?
No. Cisco retired CCNA Collaboration in 2020. Our Collaboration Foundations course bridges CCNA-level networking to the CCNP Collaboration core exam (CLCOR 350-801).
Which Microsoft Teams certification should a voice engineer take?
MS-721 (Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate). MS-720 and the Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification have been retired. Many engineers take MS-700 first to build Teams administration fundamentals.
Do you include the exam voucher?
Exam vouchers are not included in course prices. Cisco exams are booked through Pearson VUE, and Microsoft exams through Microsoft Learn. Corporate packages can include vouchers on request.
Are you a Cisco or Microsoft authorised training partner?
Train Collab Academy is an independent training provider. Our courses prepare you for Cisco and Microsoft exams but are not official vendor courseware unless explicitly stated.
Labs
Do I need to build my own lab?
No. Every course includes guided lab hours in our hosted pods, accessed from your browser. You don't need a VPN client or local hardware.
What software versions do the labs run?
Launch pods target CUCM, Unity Connection and IM & Presence 15, Expressway X15.x and CUBE on IOS XE 17.x. Teams labs use a dedicated Microsoft 365 tenant. Each lab page lists its exact components.
How does lab booking work?
Guided and self-paced labs start on demand when a pod is available. Lab rentals and CCIE racks are booked in 4- or 8-hour blocks. Each booking starts from a clean snapshot.
What happens to unused lab hours?
Monthly subscription lab hours reset each billing cycle. Lab Pass hours remain valid for the period shown on the pass.
Pricing and billing
Can I buy a single course instead of a subscription?
Yes. Every course can be purchased individually with 12 months of access and the course's guided lab hours.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
Do you offer invoicing and purchase orders?
Yes, for team plans, bootcamps and corporate training. Contact sales@traincollab.academy.
What is the bootcamp free resit?
If you complete a bootcamp but do not pass the matching exam within 90 days, you can join the next cohort of the same bootcamp at no additional cost.
Corporate training
Can you tailor training to our environment?
Yes. Private cohorts and on-site workshops are tailored to your platforms, versions and projects, for example a CUCM-to-Teams migration.
Do managers get progress reporting?
Team plans include a reporting view with enrolment, progress, lab usage and completion data, exportable as CSV.
