We started Train Collab Academy because the engineers who keep enterprise calling running deserve training as serious as the work they do.

Our mission

Make every voice engineer platform-fluent

Enterprise voice has changed more in the last five years than in the twenty before. Calls now flow between CUCM clusters, Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams and SIP carriers, often all in the same organisation.

Most training still treats these as separate worlds. We don't. Our curriculum is built around the reality of hybrid enterprise voice: protocol fundamentals, deep platform skills on both Cisco and Microsoft, and the session border controllers that connect them.
