Accounts and licences

Course access is personal and non-transferable unless purchased as a team seat. Single courses include 12 months of access. Subscriptions include access while active.

Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.
Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Consumers in the UK/EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting a course or lab within that period, you acknowledge that the right may be lost for content already supplied.

Acceptable use of labs

Lab environments are for training only. You must not use them to attack third-party systems, place calls to real PSTN numbers except where explicitly enabled, mine cryptocurrency or circumvent booking limits. We may suspend access for misuse.

Exams and certifications

Cisco and Microsoft exams are administered by their respective vendors and test providers. We do not guarantee exam results. Exam content and availability are determined by the vendors.
